If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and replacement.

The following terms are applicable for any products or service that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Refund or Replacement Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Begin, Pune.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Begin, accessible from

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Cancellations will only be considered if requests are made within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the orders have already been fulfilled or service has already been supplied, the cancellation request will not be honored. For cancellations you can reach out to

No cancellations are permitted for products/services for which our marketing team has provided exceptional offers for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to special occasions such as New Year's Eve, festivals, and so on. Because these are limited-time offers, cancellations are not allowed.

With our researched and personalized services, we strive hard to make our clients happy and their resumes well placed in the industry. We believe that these resumes could be improved, or you can ask for a replacement if you want. However, additional charges will be charged if you choose another category of resume. Resume Building and Cover Letter Revision Policy:

  • After the resume is delivered, we offer various revisions for different categories of the resume. However, only upto two revisions are free on all resumes. 

  • The required modifications can be made up to 30 days after the resume is delivered. Post that, you will be charged regardless of how many changes you are left with for the resume categories.

  • If you request more revisions than the described limit, you will be charged Rs. 19 for each additional change.

  • You can raise requests for new additions, corrections if any.

  • You can also request a Word Document so that you can make the modifications yourself.
